A booking is submitted through your account and is confirmed once we've verified availability and payment for the selected tour package. Prices shown for packages and activity add-ons are per the details listed at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible through your dashboard or by contacting us directly. Refund eligibility depends on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made, and on any non-refundable costs already committed to accommodation, transport, or activity partners for your trip.

3. Itinerary Changes

Day-by-day itineraries are planned in advance, but timings and specific activities may vary due to weather, local conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent alternative where a planned activity isn't possible.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate traveler details (dates, number of guests) at the time of booking, for arriving on time for scheduled activities, and for your own conduct and safety during optional adventure activities.

5. Account Use

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Bookings made through your account are treated as authorized by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

We work with trusted local partners to deliver each package, but we are not liable for losses, delays, or injuries caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and package descriptions — belongs to LUCKNOW CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable local courts.
